As a 20 year old I would like to say I have been to quite a few places for my age. Traveling is a H U G E passion of mine and I have a feeling it will always be that way.
PLACES I HAVE BEEN:
IOWA TENNESSEE CALIFORNIA COLORADO FLORIDA ILLINOIS INDIANA KANSAS MINNESOTA MISSOURI NORTH CAROLINA NEBRASKA SOUTH CAROLINA SOUTH DAKOTA TEXAS WISCONSIN MEXICO
If I ever have a free weekend available that is coming up - I am constantly on my boyfriend saying, “Hey!!! Let’s go to blah blah blah and see such and such!!!”
I think I am the way I am because every time I go to a new state or place, it amazes me. It amazes me to see different things and think “wow, God created this and we truly live in a beautiful world.”
It blows my mind that ocean water can look so different everywhere you go, that the temperature and the smell of the air feels so different everywhere. Even the SUN hits different. There are so many new and exciting things to see when you travel, and something so different about every state and country.
The people you meet, the traffic you drive through, the food you try — it is all just so DIFFERENT and I think that if anyone ever gets the opportunity to travel 100% TAKE THE OPPORTUNITY. You truly get a better understanding on so many different things & people that it is so baffling.
Since dating a rodeo cowboy, I’ve got to pursue this amazing adventurous life even more and it has been a dream. Going into the relationship with him - I knew he would be traveling often but I didn’t realize the extent to it. So, I am more than blessed to be able to tag along with him, watch him fulfill his passion and dreams as I am also achieving & doing mine!
There will definitely be another blog about what it is like to be dating a Professional Rodeo Cowboy - because life gets most certainly crazy.
But, until then… If I could give a piece of advice to anyone, it would be to go. Go on that Spring Break. Go on that last minute trip with your friend that they just planned. Go out of the country. Time is precious and there is so much more for you to see than the little hometown you are living in, trust me.
Here are some of my favorite pictures I captured at some places I have been to:
